class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #666699;\"><strong>La C\u00e1mara en lo Contencioso Administrativo declar\u00f3 INCONSTITUCIONAL<\/strong> la Ordenanza Tributaria 2021, norma que determinaba el valor de los tributos para cada a\u00f1o y que gener\u00f3 la determinaci\u00f3n y cobro de montos superiores a los que surgen de aplicar la normativa que corresponde en materia tributaria.<\/span><\/p><hr \/><hr \/><hr \/><hr \/><h6><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\" role=\"img\" src=\"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/megaphone.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"151\" height=\"151\" \/><\/h6><h6><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Por ello, ponemos a disposici\u00f3n de las y los contribuyentes, un sint\u00e9tico informe que aporta a la identificaci\u00f3n de las obligaciones vigentes y de tal manera poder controlar los valores exigidos por la gesti\u00f3n municipal, y hacer el reclamo si correspondiera.<\/span><\/h6><hr \/><hr \/><hr \/><hr \/><p>La liquidaci\u00f3n del <strong>INMOBILIARIO<\/strong> y <strong>TASAS DE SERVICIO<\/strong>, deber\u00edan haber tenido el siguiente comportamiento:<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>A\u00f1o 2020:<\/strong> <\/span>ca\u00eddo judicialmente el \u201cimpuestazo\u201d, y sancionada (en acuerdo con los concejales de la UCR) una nueva norma tributaria, <span style=\"background-color: #ffff00;\">el aumento para estos dos tributos se estableci\u00f3 entre el 80% y 100% con respecto al a\u00f1o 2019<\/span>.<\/p><p>La diferencia entre este nuevo valor, con lo que determinaba el \u201cimpuestazo\u201d, para aquellos contribuyentes que lo abonaron, debi\u00f3 ser devuelta por el Municipio.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Es decir,<\/span> <strong>TODO % O VALOR MAYOR AL 100% DE INCREMENTO INTERANUAL ABONADO, DEBI\u00d3 SER REINTEGRADO AL CONTRIBUYENTE.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #ff6600;\"><strong>A\u00f1o 2021:<\/strong><\/span> Tanto por aplicaci\u00f3n de la norma prorrogada -que finalmente fue declarada nula por la Justicia- como por la norma que se debiera estar aplicando en este caso (Tributaria del a\u00f1o 2020), y para el Inmobiliario y la Tasa, en el a\u00f1o 2021 <span style=\"background-color: #ffff00;\">no deber\u00edan haber tenido variaci\u00f3n o aumento alguno con respecto al 2020, siendo aplicables los mismos valores y montos<\/span>.<\/p><p>Es decir, <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">LAS BOLETAS DE LAS Y LOS CONTIBUYENTES NO DEBIERON SUFRIR MODIFICACIONES EN SUS VALORES DURANTE EL 2021, RESPECTO DEL 2020.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><hr \/><hr \/><hr \/><hr \/><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5472 alignleft\" role=\"img\" src=\"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/businessman.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"157\" height=\"157\" \/><\/p><p><b>Teniendo en cuenta la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada, las y los contribuyentes de Resistencia podr\u00e1n <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">CONTROLAR SUS LIQUIDACIONES Y COMPARAR VALORES.<\/span><\/b><\/p><p><b>En caso de detectar irregularidades, pueden dirigirse a la Municipalidad a realizar el correspondiente RECLAMO.<\/b><\/p><p>O bien, quienes as\u00ed lo prefieran, pueden enviarnos <strong>SU RECLAMO<\/strong>\u00a0<b>para as\u00ed evaluar una nueva solicitud de intervenci\u00f3n en el tema por parte de la Justicia Provincial, atento a la importancia institucional que tiene este tema para la ciudad.<\/b><\/p><hr \/><hr \/><hr \/><h6><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4846 alignright\" role=\"img\" src=\"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/enviar.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"143\" height=\"143\"
