Propician implementar ordenanza<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Los concejales del Frente Chaque\u00f1o, Fabricio Bolatti y Alicia Fr\u00edas, recibieron a integrantes de organizaciones, quienes plantearon su preocupaci\u00f3n por la falta de avance en la reglamentaci\u00f3n de la respectiva ordenanza – por la que se debe convocar a la Comisi\u00f3n Reguladora del Sistema de Tracci\u00f3n a Sangre – y por la falta de reacci\u00f3n y presencia del Estado en la problem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n

El encuentro fue impulsado por el Consejo Consultivo del Tercer Sector, dependiente de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Provincia, quienes identifican en su comunidad como una necesidad prioritaria la articulaci\u00f3n de esfuerzos de los distintos niveles y \u00e1reas relacionadas de los gobiernos municipal y provincial en este desaf\u00edo urbano.<\/p>\n

Los representantes de las fundaciones Libera Chaco, Arraigo y Amadeo, manifestaron la necesidad de solicitar informe sobre el estado de la reglamentaci\u00f3n de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 11857, modificada por la Ordenanza N\u00b0 11894, ya que la misma constituye una herramienta para trabajar la problem\u00e1tica de la tracci\u00f3n a sangre en forma integral y con todos los sectores.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Cabe mencionar, que ambas normas fueron en su momento promovidas por la Fundaci\u00f3n Libera Chaco y presentadas por el entonces Intendente Jorge Capitanich, por las que se crean principalmente el Registro de la Poblaci\u00f3n de personas que utilizan el carro como medio de trabajo; la poblaci\u00f3n de equinos utilizados; la libreta sanitaria; el carnet habilitante para las condiciones de circulaci\u00f3n; prohibiciones y asistencias; adem\u00e1s de dejar en marcha la Comisi\u00f3n Reguladora, la que debe ser convocada por el Ejecutivo Municipal para reglamentar y ejecutar lo establecido.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n es dable resaltar que, mediante la Ordenanza N\u00b0 13004 de autor\u00eda de la concejal Alicia Fr\u00edas, se llev\u00f3 a cabo a fines del 2019 la Consulta Popular, convocatoria establecida en el art\u00edculo 236 de la Carta Org\u00e1nica, siendo \u00e9sta una herramienta de la que disponen los ciudadanos para decidir sobre diversas cuestiones.<\/p>\n

De la reuni\u00f3n particip\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la Subsecretaria Maria Susana Ram\u00edrez, \u00e1rea del gobierno provincial que promueve y coordina el Consejo que nuclea organizaciones de la sociedad civil, bajo la idea de trabajo y esfuerzo conjunto entre ellas y con el gobierno provincial.
\nTras el encuentro – el cual estuvo restringido en cantidad de participantes, pero sabiendo que hay muchas personas y organizaciones interesadas y preocupadas por la tem\u00e1tica – por iniciativa formal de los concejales Fabricio Bolatti y Alicia Fr\u00edas, se elevaron dos proyectos al Concejo Municipal y un pedido de Informe al Ejecutivo, solicitando se d\u00e9 a conocer el estado de elaboraci\u00f3n y dictado de la reglamentaci\u00f3n de la ordenanza sobre \u00abTracci\u00f3n a Sangre\u00bb; como tambi\u00e9n sobre la pol\u00edtica que viene promoviendo la Intendencia sobre la problem\u00e1tica que impacta en distintos sectores y en la ciudad toda; y en especial sobre el funcionamiento del \u00e1rea espec\u00edfica, procedimiento del tr\u00e1mite, y de los propios animales secuestrados de la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
