VISTO:<\/strong><\/p>\n

El art\u00edculo 138 de la Carta Org\u00e1nica municipal y la ordenanza 11857\/16,<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Que varias organizaciones vienen participando activamente de la sanci\u00f3n de normas municipales que involucran el tratamiento respetuoso de los veh\u00edculos con tracci\u00f3n a sangre,<\/p>\n

Que en ese sentido es que se sancion\u00f3 la ordenanza 11857\/16 que establece varias pautas para trabajar en forma integral la complejidad del tema, que implica no s\u00f3lo un correcto tratamiento de los animales, sino tambi\u00e9n la atenci\u00f3n de las familias que utilizan esta modalidad para ganarse el sustento diario;<\/p>\n

Que las organizaciones nos hicieron llegar un pedido de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n, del estado de reglamentaci\u00f3n de la misma y manifestando tambi\u00e9n su deseo de aportar a dicha reglamentaci\u00f3n y puesta en pr\u00e1ctica;<\/p>\n

QUE POR TODO ELLO:<\/strong><\/p>\n

EL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE RESISTENCIA<\/strong>
\nRESUELVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1) Solicitar al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal informe el estado de reglamentaci\u00f3n respecto de la Ordenanza 11857\/16 y su modificatoria (ordenanza 11894\/16). Si fue reglamentada informe la norma de la misma, y si no lo fue, motivo por el cual existe la demora en hacerlo.<\/p>\n
