espont\u00e1neamente a declarar la construcci\u00f3n con anterioridad a la puesta en vigencia de la Ordenanza, ejecutada total o parcialmente, es el programa que ofrece actualmente el municipio de Resistencia.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h6>Podr\u00e1n acogerse al Programa:<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Obras privadas, para uso residencial, comercial, especiales, industriales, dep\u00f3sitos o mixtos:<\/li>\n<li>Obras Privadas existentes, sin infracciones.<\/li>\n<li>Obras Privadas que hayan sido ejecutadas contraviniendo.<\/li>\n<li>Obras Privadas que est\u00e9n siendo ejecutadas y no tengan infracciones.<br \/>\n<hr \/>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3311 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/obra-martillo-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/h6>\n<h6>Obras que podr\u00e1n acogerse:<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Residenciales:<\/strong> Hasta 1.500 m2 superficie total<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comerciales<\/strong>: hasta 500 m2 superficie total.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Especiales:<\/strong> hasta 250 m2 superficie total.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Industriales o dep\u00f3sitos:<\/strong> Hasta 1.500 m2 superficie total.<br \/>\n<hr \/>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Documentaci\u00f3n a presentar<\/h6>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/nota-de-solicitud-de-suscripcion-regularizacion-de-obras\/\">NOTA DE SOLICITUD DE SUSCRIPCI\u00d3N &#8211; REGULARIZACI\u00d3N DE OBRAS<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/declaracion-jurada-regularizacion-de-obras\/\">DECLARACI\u00d3N JURADA &#8211; REGULARIZACI\u00d3N DE OBRAS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>En caso que se tratara de obras parcialmente ejecutadas y contara con proyecto, deber\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n entregar en esta instancia la documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica confeccionada por profesional\/les inscripto\/s en el Registro de Profesionales de la Municipalidad de Resistencia y visada por los Colegios o Consejos correspondientes, deber\u00e1 contener:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planta\/s General\/les y de Techo.<\/li>\n<li>Fachadas.<\/li>\n<li>Corte Longitudinal y Transversal.<\/li>\n<li>Planilla de Locales de la totalidad de la superficie edificada, en caso de ampliaciones incluir\u00e1 antecedentes registrados.<\/li>\n<li>Presupuesto actualizado de la obra, cuando corresponda.<\/li>\n<li>Cualquier otro tipo de documentaci\u00f3n que
