Por eso el reconocimiento a lxs j\u00f3venes, estudiantes, ciudadanxs, organizaciones sociales y pol\u00edticas que siguen militando por esta idea despu\u00e9s de 37 a\u00f1os de aquel genocidio provocado por la dictadura militar<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em> Fabricio Bolatti<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<hr \/>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4387 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/boleto-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/boleto-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/boleto-1.jpg 720w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Organizaciones estudiantiles, sociales y pol\u00edticas presentaron el 16\/06\/11, una iniciativa que trabajaron junto al diputado del Frente Grande, Fabricio Bolatti, para que el transporte p\u00fablico de pasajeros, urbano e interurbano, sea gratuito en la provincia para estudiantes de todos los niveles educativos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cEstamos reflotando una consigna hist\u00f3rica\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Fabricio Bolatti.-<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/otrochacoesposible.blogspot.com\/2011\/06\/boleto-estudiantil-en-chaco.html\">La nota completa<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">SE ESTABLECI\u00d3 POR LEY EL BOLETO ESTUDIANTIL GRATUITO<\/h5>\n<p><em><strong>La norma tiene como objeto \u201cgarantizar la gratuidad del servicio del transporte p\u00fablico urbano e interurbano de pasajeros, para estudiantes del nivel primario, secundario y de educaci\u00f3n superior (terciario y universitario)\u201d. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<hr \/>\n<div style=\"width: 400px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-4285-2\" width=\"400\" height=\"220\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/BOLETO-GRATUITO.mp4?_=2\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/BOLETO-GRATUITO.mp4\">https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/BOLETO-GRATUITO.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/segleg.chaco.gov.ar\/seglegis\/servlet\/hconstramindivnuevo?2015,1,2726\">Ley 7711-Ley 2400T\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0 GARANTIZA LA GRATUIDAD DEL SERVICIO DEL TRANSPORTE P\u00daBLICO URBANO E INTERURBANO DE PASAJEROS, PARA ESTUDIANTES DEL NIVEL PRIMARIO, SECUNDARIO Y DE EDUCACI\u00d3N SUPERIOR (TERCIARIO Y UNIVERSITARIO).<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Logramos instaurar como pol\u00edtica de Estado, una medida de inclusi\u00f3n educativa trascendental.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Fabricio Bolatti<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Las empresas concesionarias o permisionarias, prestatarias del servicio del Transporte P\u00fablico Urbano e Interurbano de Pasajeros, deber\u00e1n comunicar en sus boleter\u00edas y exhibir en sus unidades afectadas al servicio, de forma clara y visible al p\u00fablico, indicando los requisitos que exige la autoridad de aplicaci\u00f3n para acceder al beneficio.<\/p>\n<p>Los beneficios derivados de la Ley estar\u00e1n vigentes durante todo el ciclo lectivo anual que fijar\u00e1 el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n, Cultura, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda. La autoridad de aplicaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 la Subsecretar\u00eda de Transporte de la Provincia del Chaco, quien reglamentar\u00e1 y dispondr\u00e1 las medidas necesarias para la implementaci\u00f3n del Boleto Estudiantil Gratuito, as\u00ed como los requisitos, condiciones y alcances del mismo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Nosotros siempre hablamos de que la educaci\u00f3n es un derecho humano esencial, no hay posibilidad de desarrollo personal y colectivo si no hay posibilidad de que las personas se eduquen, y en la sociedad en la que vivimos, que esto ocurra depende de las decisiones pol\u00edticas que se tomen desde el Estado.
