VISTO:<\/strong>
\nEl art\u00edculo 44 de la Carta Org\u00e1nica y la Ley Nacional 27.412;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Que el movimiento feminista en la Argentina viene impulsando reformas pol\u00edticas importantes para lograr el acceso igualitario a los espacios de representaci\u00f3n;<\/p>\n

Que en este sentido se sancion\u00f3 la ley nacional 27.412 de paridad de g\u00e9nero con la finalidad de asegurar no s\u00f3lo la integraci\u00f3n de las listas en forma igualitaria que se presentan en las elecciones, sino tambi\u00e9n asegura el reemplazo de las personas electas en caso de renuncia, muerte,\u00a0separaci\u00f3n, inhabilidad o incapacidad permanente por otra de su mismo sexo;<\/p>\n

Que si bien nuestra Carta Org\u00e1nica en su art\u00edculo 44 tiene por objetivo asegurar la efectiva participaci\u00f3n de la mujer en igualdad de oportunidades, s\u00f3lo lo reglamenta en la instancia de la competencia electoral, quedando frustrado este objetivo en la elecci\u00f3n de autoridades del Concejo ya que de no encabezar mujeres las listas ganadoras no pueden acceder a la Presidencia o Vicepresidencias, tal como lo establece el art\u00edculo 143;<\/p>\n

Que entendemos necesario utilizar el procedimiento de modificaci\u00f3n de la Carta Org\u00e1nica establecido en los art\u00edculos 257 y 258 de la misma, inclusive aplicarlo para los mandatos en curso, entendiendo que todas las fuerzas pol\u00edticas han integrado sus listas con un var\u00f3n y una mujer en forma alternada;<\/p>\n

EL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE RESISTENCIA<\/strong>
\nSANCIONA CON FUERZA DE ORDENANZA:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n1\u00b0) MODIFICASE<\/strong> el art\u00edculo 143 de la Carta Org\u00e1nica municipal que quedar\u00e1 redactado de la forma siguiente:
\n\u201cArt\u00edculo 143.- Presidente del Concejo Municipal. El Concejo Municipal designar\u00e1 sus autoridades de\u00a0 tal forma que aseguren la participaci\u00f3n real de la mujer.<\/em>
\nSer\u00e1 su Presidente la persona que figure primera o segunda en la lista del partido que obtuviere mayor cantidad de votos; su Vicepresidente 1\u00ba y su Vicepresidente 2\u00ba, que corresponder\u00e1 respectivamente, a las personas que figuren primera o segunda de cada lista que le suceda en la integraci\u00f3n del Concejo.
\nCuando las y los Concejales provinieran s\u00f3lo de dos listas, la Vicepresidencia 2\u00ba corresponder\u00e1 a la lista ganadora.<\/p>\n

2\u00b0).- CLAUSULA TRANSITORIA:<\/strong> La modificaci\u00f3n establecida en la presente ser\u00e1 aplicable al per\u00edodo 2019-2023, debiendo el Concejo realizar una nueva elecci\u00f3n de autoridades.-<\/p>\n

3\u00b0). ESTABLECER<\/strong> que a los efectos de dar cumplimiento de la publicaci\u00f3n prevista en el Art\u00edculo 150\u00b0) de la Carta Org\u00e1nica de la ciudad de Resistencia, se determina y aprueba la reproducci\u00f3n inform\u00e1tica de las Ordenanzas aprobadas en tal sentido, la que se realizar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e1gina web citada que garantiza la identidad e inmutabilidad del texto, aclar\u00e1ndose que esta publicaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 el car\u00e1cter de oficial.<\/p>\n

4\u00b0). REFRENDE<\/strong> la presente la Se\u00f1ora Secretaria del Concejo Municipal.<\/p>\n

5\u00b0). REG\u00cdSTRESE,<\/strong> notif\u00edquese al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal para su promulgaci\u00f3n y publicaci\u00f3n en forma sintetizada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial Provincial, y una vez promulgado, dese conocimiento por Secretar\u00eda del Concejo Municipal a las \u00e1reas, Instituciones, Organismos o personas interesadas, cumplido, arch\u00edvese.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":1700,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[40],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4725","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-proyectos-de-ordenanzas"],"yoast_head":"\nPARIDAD DE G\u00c9NERO EN LAS AUTORIDADES DEL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL -
