VISTO:<\/strong>
\nLa necesidad de brindar a la comunidad un espacio al cual llevar y buscar objetos perdidos;<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Que a diario en la Ciudad de Resistencia por distintos motivos, se pierden gran cantidad de objetos sea por olvido, descuido, extrav\u00edo; muchos de los cuales realmente pueden tener la posibilidad de ser recuperados por sus propietarios si es que existiera un lugar f\u00edsico en donde cada ciudadano pudiera consultar y tomar de referencia;<\/p>\n

Que uno de los principales objetos de extrav\u00edo para la ciudadan\u00eda conforma una problem\u00e1tica habitual est\u00e1 ligado con la p\u00e9rdida de la documentaci\u00f3n;<\/p>\n

Que la existencia de una oficina de objetos perdidos puede favorecer a ahorrar una importante cantidad de tiempo y recursos dedicado a tr\u00e1mites y reducir el volumen de personas que acuden a las instituciones p\u00fablicas encargadas de la renovaci\u00f3n o denuncia de la documentaci\u00f3n extraviada;<\/p>\n

Que en el contexto actual, al momento de presentaci\u00f3n del proyecto, estamos atravesando una pandemia que limita ciertas actividades y tramites destinados a sustituir o reemplazar el objeto perdido, al momento de presentaci\u00f3n del presente, pero tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 de utilidad una vez desaparecida o controlada esta situaci\u00f3n,<\/p>\n

Que es importante promover la cultura solidaria entre los ciudadanos, en pos de generar una conciencia colectiva y lograr una comunidad m\u00e1s unida en torno a valores comunes, desde los gestos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os que se vive a diario como encontrarse objetos extraviados de otras personas y devolverlos, incentivando el respeto mutuo,<\/p>\n

Que por ello,<\/p>\n

EL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE RESISTENCIA<\/strong>
\nSANCIONA CON FUERZA DE ORDENANZA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Art\u00edculo 1<\/strong>: Cr\u00e9ase la Oficina de Objetos Perdidos de la Ciudad en el \u00e1mbito de la Sub Secretar\u00eda de Cultura de la Municipalidad de Resistencia.<\/p>\n

Art\u00edculo 2:<\/strong> La Oficina de Objetos Perdidos de la Ciudad de Resistencia tiene como finalidad la recepci\u00f3n, el registro, dep\u00f3sito y devoluci\u00f3n de los objetos extraviados en el \u00e1mbito p\u00fablico de la Ciudad. Todos los tr\u00e1mites son gratuitos.<\/p>\n

Art\u00edculo 3:<\/strong> La autoridad de aplicaci\u00f3n dispondr\u00e1 una Oficina de Objetos Perdidos que deber\u00e1 tener una sede en la zona centro y en los Centros Comunitarios con mayor densidad poblacional –<\/p>\n

Art\u00edculo 4:<\/strong> La recepci\u00f3n de cada objeto recibido por la Oficina ser\u00e1 con la entrega de un comprobante que contenga la descripci\u00f3n del objeto, la fecha de recibido, el lugar geogr\u00e1fico del encuentro junto al d\u00eda y hora, adem\u00e1s de los datos de la persona que entrega el objeto encontrado.<\/p>\n

Art\u00edculo 5:<\/strong> La Oficina de Objetos Perdidos elaborar\u00e1 un registro de los objetos recibidos conteniendo los datos descriptivos, la fecha de recepci\u00f3n de los mismos y el lugar geogr\u00e1fico, la fecha y hora aproximados del encuentro.<\/p>\n

Art\u00edculo 6:<\/strong> El reclamante de un objeto perdido deber\u00e1 acreditar la descripci\u00f3n del objeto, el lugar geogr\u00e1fico, la fecha y hora aproximados del extrav\u00edo. Adem\u00e1s, deber\u00e1 presentar su documento de identidad (DNI o Pasaporte) u otro documento que acredite la misma.<\/p>\n

Art\u00edculo 7:<\/strong> La devoluci\u00f3n de un objeto reclamado deber\u00e1 realizarse con la entrega por la Oficina de Objetos Perdidos de un comprobante que contenga la descripci\u00f3n del objeto, la fecha de devoluci\u00f3n y los datos de la persona que declara ser su propietario.<\/p>\n

Art\u00edculo 8:<\/strong> La Autoridad de Aplicaci\u00f3n habilitar\u00e1:
\n– Una l\u00ednea telef\u00f3nica gratuita para reclamos y pedidos de informaci\u00f3n;
\n– Una p\u00e1gina web que exhiba los objetos extraviados;
\n– Una aplicaci\u00f3n de descarga gratuita en tel\u00e9fonos y dispositivos m\u00f3viles que exhiba los objetos extraviados.<\/p>\n

Art\u00edculo 9:<\/strong> Informaci\u00f3n. La Autoridad de Aplicaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 proveer la informaci\u00f3n detallada del funcionamiento de la Oficina de Objetos Perdidos, en la p\u00e1gina oficial de la Municipalidad de Resistencia a saber:
\n-Indicaci\u00f3n de las oficinas contempladas para la recepci\u00f3n y entrega de los objetos extraviados;
\n– Reglamento para la entrega del objeto reclamado;
\n– Enlace para la descarga de la aplicaci\u00f3n;
\n– Sitio Web espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n

Art\u00edculo 10:<\/strong> Refrende la presente la Se\u00f1ora secretaria del Concejo Municipal.<\/p>\n

Art\u00edculo 11:<\/strong> Reg\u00edstrese , notif\u00edquese al Departamento ejecutivo para su promulgaci\u00f3n y publicaci\u00f3n en forma sintetizada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial Provincial y una vez promulgado dese conocimiento por Secretaria del Concejo Municipal a las \u00e1reas, instituciones , organismos o personas interesadas. Cumplido.
