{"id":5210,"date":"2021-06-25T16:48:06","date_gmt":"2021-06-25T16:48:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/?p=5210"},"modified":"2021-06-25T16:48:06","modified_gmt":"2021-06-25T16:48:06","slug":"sin-elaboracion-de-cuadro-de-costos-el-municipio-insiste-con-el-aumento-de-la-tarifa-del-boleto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/sin-elaboracion-de-cuadro-de-costos-el-municipio-insiste-con-el-aumento-de-la-tarifa-del-boleto\/","title":{"rendered":"SIN ELABORACI\u00d3N DE CUADRO DE COSTOS, EL MUNICIPIO INSISTE CON EL AUMENTO DE LA TARIFA DEL BOLETO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Participamos de la Comisi\u00f3n Mixta de Transporte de la Municipalidad de Resistencia junto a usuari@s, empresari@s, funcionari@s responsables del \u00e1rea de Transporte de la Provincia y Municipio, Concejal@s y trabajadoras y trabajadores municipales, donde se analiz\u00f3 la realidad del transporte de colectivos en la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Lo primero que escucho en la reuni\u00f3n de Comisi\u00f3n, es que \u00abel Municipio no est\u00e1 en condiciones de abordar la elaboraci\u00f3n de un cuadro de costos de las l\u00edneas urbanas\u00bb. Lo que no saben o no quieren saber, es que <strong>DEBEN HACERLO<\/strong> por estar estipulado en el pliego de concesi\u00f3n; el paso posterior es elevar a la Comisi\u00f3n Mixta de Transporte (que no fue convocada anteriormente) para su evaluaci\u00f3n y dictamen.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre esa base: \u201celaboraci\u00f3n de cuadro de costos y pase por Comisi\u00f3n Mixta\u00bb, debe ser resuelto el costo y las condiciones del servicio en el \u00e1mbito del Concejo Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Esto fue lo que reclamamos anteriormente en la Sesi\u00f3n Especial donde se trat\u00f3 el \u00faltimo aumento, y que no fue aprobado justamente POR <strong>NO CUMPLIR CON ESTAS EXIGENCIAS B\u00c1SICAS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Situaci\u00f3n actual<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Antes de asumir la intendencia, Gustavo Mart\u00ednez, en su car\u00e1cter de Presidente del Concejo tuvo durante dos a\u00f1os \u201ccajoneado\u201d e impidi\u00f3 la aprobaci\u00f3n del pliego para licitar el Nuevo Sistema de Transporte que se dise\u00f1\u00f3 desde la gesti\u00f3n de Capitanich como Intendente. Martinez solicit\u00f3 se prorrogue por un a\u00f1o y medio la actual situaci\u00f3n y que en ese plazo se iba a dise\u00f1ar y presentar el nuevo esquema. Sin embargo, ese plazo de pr\u00f3rroga vence a fin de este mes, y <strong>LA CIUDAD PODR\u00cdA QUEDAR SIN SISTEMA DE TRANSPORTE URBANO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ante ello, presuntamente, es que mandaron un proyecto de ordenanza al Concejo para resolver el tema. Cre\u00edamos que llegar\u00eda una propuesta superadora de la situaci\u00f3n, pero en cambio, mandaron un proyecto oficial con dos art\u00edculos:<\/p>\n<p>1\u00b0) <strong>AUMENTO DE BOLETO<\/strong>, estableciendo las nuevas tarifas pero sin adjuntar el correspondiente cuadro de costos que lo justifique.<\/p>\n<p>2\u00b0) la <strong>DELEGACI\u00d3N DE FACULTADES Y POR ENDE LA CONCENTRACI\u00d3N DE PODER EN LA INTENDENCIA<\/strong>: lo que est\u00e1 prohibido expresamente por la Constituci\u00f3n y la Carta Org\u00e1nica de Resistencia, aunque hasta ac\u00e1, avalado por la Justicia para poder modificar y establecer nuevas condiciones de servicio, es decir,<strong> PARA HACER LO QUE QUIERA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5211 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Ordenanza.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1122\" height=\"1280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Ordenanza.jpg 1122w, https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Ordenanza-263x300.jpg 263w, https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Ordenanza-898x1024.jpg 898w, https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Ordenanza-768x876.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1122px) 100vw, 1122px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":5212,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[27],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5210","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-comunicados-de-prensa"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
