facebook de Diario Chaco: <a href=\"https:\/\/fb.watch\/6REGXRHAj1\/\">https:\/\/fb.watch\/6REGXRHAj1\/<\/a>, del d\u00eda 19 de julio;<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Que tomamos conocimiento del hecho por el portal de noticias Diario Chaco, donde se observa mediante un video la mamposter\u00eda que cay\u00f3 del edificio en construcci\u00f3n que se est\u00e1 llevando en calle Mitre y Santa Fe de la ciudad de Resistencia;<\/p>\n<p>Que en dicho video se puede observar que no se lamentan v\u00edctimas y que solamente el derrumbe de la mamposter\u00eda ocasion\u00f3 da\u00f1os a la propiedad de un autom\u00f3vil que se encontraba estacionado en la calle;<\/p>\n<p>Que por tal motivo, es indispensable establecer qu\u00e9 tipo de permiso tiene la obra en construcci\u00f3n mencionada, ya que la construcci\u00f3n se encuentra en el microcentro de la ciudad con lo que ello significa, la circulaci\u00f3n de personas y de autom\u00f3viles todo el tiempo, y adem\u00e1s en frente de la misma funciona un establecimiento educativo donde concurren menores de edad y padres que son los responsables de llevar a los mismos al colegio;<\/p>\n<p>Que nos preocupa que el hecho se pudiera haber evitado y que quiz\u00e1s la flexibilizaci\u00f3n de los controles colabor\u00f3 en que no se pudo advertir a tiempo el mal estado de la construcci\u00f3n;<\/p>\n<p>Que la Carta Org\u00e1nica del Municipio de Resistencia, en su art\u00edculo 136 otorga la facultad al Concejo Municipal para el dictado de la presente;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUE POR TODO ELLO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>EL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE RESISTENCIA<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>RESUELVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1\u00b0) SOLICITAR a<\/strong>l Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal que, a trav\u00e9s de las \u00e1reas pertinentes, proceda a informar lo siguiente respecto de la ca\u00edda de bloques de mamposter\u00eda ocurrido el 19 de julio en calle Mitre y Santa Fe:<br \/>\nTipo de permiso con el que cuenta la obra en construcci\u00f3n del edificio que se est\u00e1 llevando adelante en la intersecci\u00f3n mencionada, si la mencionada obra en Construcci\u00f3n se encuentra en la reciente autorizaci\u00f3n de la Ordenanza 13553-21;<br \/>\nUltima inspecci\u00f3n realizada a la obra antes del hecho, en su caso remita copia de las actas y observaciones si las hubiere;<br \/>\nSi se realizaron inspecciones al lugar inmediatamente de ocurrido el hecho, remita las actas y las observaciones si las
