{"id":699,"date":"2021-01-22T02:56:38","date_gmt":"2021-01-22T02:56:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/?p=699"},"modified":"2021-07-04T14:57:14","modified_gmt":"2021-07-04T14:57:14","slug":"necesaria-legalidad-y-consenso-para-presupuesto-y-tributaria-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/necesaria-legalidad-y-consenso-para-presupuesto-y-tributaria-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"NECESARIA LEGALIDAD Y CONSENSO, PARA PRESUPUESTO Y TRIBUTARIA 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p><strong><em>Convocan a otra sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria buscando aportar soluciones a la gesti\u00f3n municipal<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>En otro intento de generar y aportar herramientas legales que necesita y demanda hoy la ciudad, las y los concejales Carla Cantero, Teresa Celada y Alicia Frias, Carlos Salom y Fabricio Bolatti, vuelven a convocar a una sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria del Concejo Municipal de Resistencia, en uso de las facultades que le asigna la Carta Org\u00e1nica a la voluntad com\u00fan de por lo menos un tercio del cuerpo legislativo, para el pr\u00f3ximo mi\u00e9rcoles 27 de enero de 2021.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u201cDespu\u00e9s de recibir como respuesta de las autoridades municipales, silencio y puertas cerradas, nos vuelve a unir la voluntad de hacer otro intento por construir los acuerdos y consensos necesarios para generar las normativas que aporten respuestas, tanto al Ejecutivo Municipal, como a los planteos que venimos escuchando de los contribuyentes\u201d, manifestaron los ediles.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u201cNos enfocamos en dos herramientas legislativas, por un lado, resolver correctamente la pr\u00f3rroga de la Ordenanza Tributaria e Impositiva del a\u00f1o 2020, para que sea aplicada en este 2021, poniendo especial atenci\u00f3n a la emisi\u00f3n de las boletas de cobro de los tributos municipales, para que en las mismas coincida lo que se comunica oficialmente y lo que se decide en la norma\u201d, precisaron.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Por otro lado, las y los concejales plantearon \u201cdar tratamiento urgente al Presupuesto General del Municipio, que tiene entre sus principales funciones, autorizar al Intendente los niveles, conceptos y prioridad de gastos e inversi\u00f3n, que puede realizar con los ingresos que se estiman recibir o recaudar, tanto del R\u00e9gimen de Participaci\u00f3n Provincial, como de los propios que aportan los ciudadanos de Resistencia, verdaderos titulares de los derechos, as\u00ed como destinatarios de las pol\u00edticas y obras financiadas\u201d.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u201cA partir de all\u00ed, coincidimos con que lo propuesto es un camino responsable, realizable desde una buena intenci\u00f3n, legal e institucional, que va a aportar a la sociedad, y adem\u00e1s la gesti\u00f3n municipal va a tener las herramientas necesarias para cumplir su rol, por esto lo proponemos y seguimos estando a disposici\u00f3n para cumplir nuestra funci\u00f3n de la mejor manera posible, de forma seria y responsable\u201d, finalizaron.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Convocan a otra sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria buscando aportar soluciones a la gesti\u00f3n municipal<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":691,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[27],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-699","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-comunicados-de-prensa"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
