{"id":7555,"date":"2022-11-18T13:05:19","date_gmt":"2022-11-18T13:05:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/?p=7555"},"modified":"2022-11-18T13:05:19","modified_gmt":"2022-11-18T13:05:19","slug":"secuestro-de-motos-sin-luces-su-reparacion-y-limitadores-de-velocidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/secuestro-de-motos-sin-luces-su-reparacion-y-limitadores-de-velocidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Secuestro de motos sin luces, su reparaci\u00f3n y limitadores de velocidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Bolatti y Fr\u00edas preocupados por los accidentes viales y la inacci\u00f3n de la gesti\u00f3n municipal<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ante la creciente tasa de accidentes viales, la realidad por la que se atraviesa en torno al tr\u00e1nsito de motos y la menor presencia de la Municipalidad en los controles y en pol\u00edticas preventivas, el concejal Fabricio Bolatti y la concejala Alicia Fr\u00edas, presentaron un grupo de iniciativas de legislaci\u00f3n local, como aporte para el debate y el abordaje de esta angustiante realidad que se vive en las calles de la ciudad de Resistencia, la que finaliza con miles de accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito por mes, la mayor\u00eda protagonizados por motocicletas.<\/p>\n<p>Bolatti y Fr\u00edas entienden que, impidiendo t\u00e9cnicamente -con el uso de dispositivos- que se supere la velocidad m\u00e1xima por estos veh\u00edculos, y logrando universalizar el uso de luces delanteras y traseras en las motocicletas, se estar\u00eda haciendo un aporte a la prevenci\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1nsito en la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>En el cuadro siguiente, los ediles compartieron una estad\u00edstica sobre las intervenciones del servicio de ambulancias de Salud P\u00fablica en un per\u00edodo de 10 d\u00edas en los meses de septiembre y octubre \u00faltimos, el \u201cVolumen por Tipo\u201d de causa por la que se solicita el servicio<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>VOLUMEN POR TIPO &#8211; (Fuente: Polic\u00eda del Chaco)<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7556 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Cuadro.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"631\" height=\"149\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Cuadro.jpg 631w, https:\/\/fabriciob.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Cuadro-300x71.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 631px) 100vw, 631px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los proyectos de Ordenanzas presentados por Bolatti y Fr\u00edas, principalmente buscan:<\/p>\n<p>* Prohibir la circulaci\u00f3n de motos sin luz trasera ni delantera baja, las que deber\u00e1n estar prendidas en forma permanente mientras se circule.<\/p>\n<p>* Establecer como velocidad m\u00e1xima de circulaci\u00f3n de motos, 50 y 60 km\/h, velocidad que hoy refleja la m\u00e1xima permitida en avenidas, para grupos distintos, clasificados por tama\u00f1o y potencia, pero no as\u00ed normado como regla general, como s\u00ed lo hace para las motos el\u00e9ctricas.<\/p>\n<p>* Avanzar en la implementaci\u00f3n de equipamiento o dispositivos dedicados a \u201climitar o establecer un m\u00e1ximo posible a alcanzar, de velocidad de circulaci\u00f3n o tr\u00e1nsito en la ciudad, l\u00edmite que funcionar\u00e1 en forma fija y permanente. Su implementaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 ser progresiva atento a caracter\u00edsticas y alternativas existentes, as\u00ed como avance que puedan surgir en su implementaci\u00f3n en otras ciudades.<\/p>\n<p>* Crear un programa para reparar las motos secuestradas y que, al recuperarla su titular, la misma vuelva a ser usada en las calles, pero ya con todos los elementos de seguridad que exige la normativa. Respuesta \u00e9sta, que no deber\u00eda generar mayores costos, a los que hoy se paga para retirar el motoveh\u00edculo en el mismo estado, ya que afecta al pago de las reparaciones, hasta el 75% del monto de la multa establecida.<\/p>\n<p>* Fortalecer lo estipulado para que no se pueda conducir un veh\u00edculo en la vereda, ni estacionar, ya sean motos o autom\u00f3viles, priorizando as\u00ed al peat\u00f3n y a su vez aportar a la seguridad p\u00fablica, ya que es un modo de operar a la hora de delinquir, ej: en moto sin luz, por la vereda o en contramano.<\/p>\n<p><em>Hoy los agentes p\u00fablicos pueden retener la motocicleta que circula sin luces, pero el objetivo de la iniciativa es que el secuestro se concrete y que el 75% del valor de la multa, vuelva a la persona reinvertido en elementos de seguridad instalados en su veh\u00edculo, destinado directamente a mejorar la situaci\u00f3n del parque de motos de la ciudad y cambiando un criterio recaudador por uno reparador.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":7543,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[27],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7555","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-comunicados-de-prensa"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
